Homescreen Service Providers and Subprocessors

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These are the companies that host, send, process or secure information for Homescreen, and every AI provider that can receive your information.

Hosting and services

Each of these works under a contract that limits what it may do with the information to providing its service to us.

Provider What they do for us Where
Cloudflare Hosts this website, answers its domain name service (DNS) and checks that a person, not an automated program, starts a chat or sends the form (Turnstile) Global
Hetzner Online Servers and databases that run the chat and keep what you send us United States (Ashburn, Virginia)
Amazon Web Services Encrypted backups United States
Google Workspace Email and documents for our team United States
Slack Team messages, including the details you leave in the chat or the form, so a person on our team can reach you United States

AI providers

We name every AI provider that can receive your information, including the ones we switch to when the first choice is busy or down. Each receives only the text, images or files a step needs, processes them to return a result, and handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. We add a provider to this page before it receives customer information.

Provider What they do for us Where
Cerebras Writes the chat's replies and checks each message you send United States
xAI Writes a reply when the first provider is slow, and is a backup when it is busy (Grok) United States
Anthropic A backup that writes the chat's replies when the providers above are busy (Claude) United States
